.National Occupational Standards for Trustees
The National Occupational Standards for Trustees (NOS) are very useful benchmarks against which to measure the standards of Trustees and Committee Members. They comprise of 4 Units and through them define a framework for good practice, based on the functions of the 'job'.

We run sessions on NOS for Trustees as either 4 short 2 hour sessions or a full day. These session introduce trustees to the units and work through to identify any gaps in the committees skills and knowledge ensuring that they are familiar with the level of skills and knowledge they require to carry out specific tasks.
