Dealing with Difficult Volunteers 1 day A 1 day course for anyone who manages volunteers. It looks at difficult behaviour & recognises the reasons for it and how to deal with it. It also includes how difficult behaviour makes 'us' feel and practical strategies for dealing with our own feelings and coping and minimising the difficult behaviour. It also looks at appropriate policies within an organisation and exit strategies for volunteers.
